Total Care Club – Maintenace Plan
Smart consumers have known for many years that planned saving for college tuition, investments, or medical funds takes the crisis out of the crisis! Why…because they can better plan their expenses, it’s easier, and it’s smarter. Well, at Uni-Tech Air Conditioning and Heating we have made it simple to eliminate the crisis-repair bill or put in a new high-efficiency system. Instead of a “cash crunch crisis”…you can save and accrue on a planned basis…with the Total Care Agreement.
What is a Total Care Agreement?
The Agreement is regularly scheduled maintenance on your home’s heating & air conditioning system. Just like changing the oil in your car, your total comfort system DOES need regular maintenance to keep it operating at peak efficiency and lower the risk of a crisis failure. We will come twice a year on a regular schedule to inspect your total comfort system, including the air conditioner, heat pump, furnace, coil, drain, and thermostat to ensure they are operating properly.
What do you get with your Membership Privileges?
As a Total Care member you will get the following:
- 2 Precision Tune-ups
- Peace of mind you will be saving money on utility costs
- A 20% discount on all service repairs
- Preferred service – TC members receive priority if you need service
- Improved indoor air quality as a result of a cleaner system
- Owning a TC from Uni-Tech will satisfy the maintenance requirements for any extended warranty you may own
- No overtime charges for as long as you own a Total Care Agreement.
Most importantly, you get our Total Care Savings Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our people, our performance or anything to do with our company, we will refund 100% of your money.
All for only $129.00 per system
Why is this a good deal for me?
Statistically, it is almost a certainty that you will need a comfort system repair within the next two years, so the Total Care Agreement is a wise choice. You save money while we maintain your total comfort system, which reduces the chance of a crisis when you least expect it.
